Organizations which are engaged in production or manufacturing or preservation of goods all are eligible for registration under Udyam Registration. 

Udyog Aadhar/MSME Registration is the old name of registration, from 1st July 2020 the Udyog Aadhar/MSME Registration has been changed into the new name called Udyam Registration. Any person who wants to establish small or medium scale business which will have to file for Udyam Registration, then Government will be issued Udyam Registration Number with e-certificate.
