In India, Import Export License is mandatory for Import Export Business (Export from India or Import to India). For Import Export, IEC key is mandatory. IEC (Importer Exporter Code) is a key which holds business identification number. We cannot run Import Export Business without IEC key. IEC key is issued by Ministry of Commerce and Industries, Government of India.
